will have fun working together to make a fabulous meal (with professional guidance, of course!).
The class is also perfect for corporate events, business-to-business functions, anniversaries and birthdays.
Chef Bernard will work with you to create an appropriate menu for your group and he will provide you with all
the tools and ingredients that you need. After Chef Bernard discusses the recipes and demonstrates a few key points,
he will divide you into teams that will work together to prepare a meal. Chef Bernard will engage with each group,
showing tricks of the trade, helping with knife skills, discussing ingredients and demonstrating specific techniques
as class participants prepare a restaurant-style menu.

- Recipe booklets for each participant

- A CD or USB key with photos taken during the class
