Ziti with Italian Sausage and Fennel
Mildly spiced dish loaded with Sicilian flavors.

Pappardelle with Hot Sausage Sauce
This wide, rich pappardelle noodle is perfect to catch this savory, slightly spicy sauce. If you don't like spicy sauce, substitute sweet sausage for the hot sausage.

Bay Scallops Rissotto with Spiced Mango
Mango is first sautéed with curry, cumin, curcuma, ginger and saffron, then mixed with a chervil-bay scallops risotto.

Linguine with Shrimp Scampi
A light version of pasta with a lemony taste.

Spaghetti Bolognese
A hearty meat sauce with ground beef and pork slowly simmered with fresh Parmesan and tossed with spaghetti. Served with garlic bread.

Lasagna Verde (Spinach Lasagna)
