I will prepare in your kitchen a selected number of meals. Each meal will be packaged, labeled and will include reheating instructions. Each entrée includes the side dish.

Personal Chef Service (Lighter Side)
Lighter Side is the same as Classic except that no meals are frozen. The meals are left warming in your own oven on the cook date or packaged in your refrigerator to be enjoyed within 3 or 4 days. Lighter Side will include more fresh salads, tasty vinaigrettes, vegetables dishes, exotic entrees and fruits. This option of for clients who enjoy eating out or travel out of town a few times during the week, but they still want to enjoy great food when they choose to stay home:

Dinner parties / Cocktail parties / BBQ parties
Tired of the restaurant scene? Can't find a baby sitter for the kids? Want to impress your friends or family? I can also cater dinner parties from your own kitchen. The parties can be buffet style, served by the host or the hostess, or served by the chef. Prices are based upon the number of guests and the number and complexity of the selected dishes. For parties over six persons, a server may be needed and will be billed at $25 per hour.

I will plan and cook a 3, 5 or 7-course Menu in the comfort of your home. This includes linen table cloth and napkins, china setting and silverware, a framed menu, flowers and candles:
